Gerda is a standing Director of ARCH. She is a Registered Clinical Counselling-Hypnotherapist and has a Masters’ degree in Counselling Psychology from UBC. She has extensive experience in personal and group counselling, including the use of guided imagery to deal with major life transitions, grief and loss counseling, conflict resolution and peer-helper training. Focus in her client-centered private Vancouver practice includes personal growth and interpersonal relationships, self-esteem and self-confidence, anxiety and stress management, insomnia and overcoming internal blockages in sports, academics, or other endeavours.

Mona Saunderson Secretary/Treasurer (250) 248-0316:

Mona is a standing Director of ARCH and founding Director. She is a Registered Clinical Counselling-Hypnotherapist, Certified Counselling-Hypnotherapist and Registered Professional Counsellor with over 10 years in private practice. She has extensive experience providing counselling psychotherapy for individuals of all ages. Her training and work in the church and private practice provide her with skills in counselling clients dealing with grief and loss, depression, relationships, communication, stress and "burnout". She works with an integrated structure of several modalities including: Cognitive/Behavioural, Clinical Medical/Behavioural Hypnosis Therapies and Somatic Therapies to facilitate clients in unresolved issues, pain management, relaxation training and stress management. She has advanced specialty certifications in Hypnoanaesthesia & Pain Management, Time-Line Protocol, Parts Mediation Therapy and Reiki. She is in private practice on Vancouver Island.

Eileen McAdam (604) 986-6091:

Eileen is a standing Director of ARCH. She is a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Registered Counselling-Hypnotherapist with specialist training in Time Line Protocol Therapy. She has certification in Business Management, Marketing and Human Resources. Areas of practice include Stress Management, Career Burnout, Confidence Building & Self Esteem, Motivation, Women’s Issues, Regression, Grief & Loss and more. Her practice is located in North Vancouver.

Heather Flanagan (604) 617-6350:

Heather is a standing Director of ARCH. She is a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Registered Clinical Counselling- Hypnotherapist (Cand.). Her private practice is based in Vancouver with emphasis on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Parts Therapy and Family of Origin therapy. Other areas of focus include self confidence/self esteem, anxiety, phobias, weight management, children/teen issues and more.

Sylvain Joseph (604) 283-1850:

Sylvain is a standing Director of ARCH. He is a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Registered Clinical Counselling- Hypnotherapist (Cand.). He works with an integrated structure of several modalities, including Cognitive/Behavioural, NLP and Hypnosis helping clients with self-esteem, anxieties, fears and phobias. He has specialty certifications in the following areas: Weight Control, Smoking Cessation, Pain Management, ADD and Immune Disorders. He is in private practice in downtown Vancouver.

Joanna Banka Vice-President (604) 649-2272:

Joanna is a standing Director of ARCH. She is a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Registered Clinical Counselling-Hypnotherapist (Cand.) with advanced specialty certifications in Hypnoanaesthesia & Pain Management and Time Line Protocol Therapy. Along with the aforementioned specialty therapies, she also extensively uses Parts Mediation Therapy in her practice and specializes in working with trauma, weight and eating disorders. She is in private practice and has an office at a Wellness Centre in Coquitlam, British Columbia.

Dr. Aftab Iqbal (604) 502-9716:

Dr. Iqbal is a standing Director of ARCH. He completed his Ph.D from the University of Glasgow UK and has taught in the university and also worked in the Industry before moving to the field of Hypnotherapy. He is a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Registered Clinical Counselling-Hypnotherapist. He has developed specialization in dealing with Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Phobias and Physical and Sexual abuse. He is also experienced in Couple counselling, Cessation of Smoking and Weight Management. Dr.Iqbal runs his practice in White Rock and shares a clinic with medical doctors and counsellors.

Andrew Bexson (604) 444-5523:

Andrew is a standing Director of ARCH. He is a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Registered Clinical Counselling-Hypnotherapist with specialty training in Time Line Protocol Therapy. Furthermore he uses Parts Mediation Therapy, Behavioral Cognitive Therapy and Gestalt dreamwork in his private practice based in North Burnaby. Areas of focus include, anxiety, smoking cessation, trauma, grief & loss, self confidence/self esteem issues and more.

Dr. Brick is a standing Director of ARCH Canada and a founding Director. He is a Registered Clinical Counselling-Hypnotherapist, Certified Counselling-Hypnotherapist and a Registered Counsellor with over 20 years experience in private practice. He works with an integrated structure of several modalities including: Family of Origin, Cognitive/Behavioural, Clinical Medical/Behavioural Hypnosis, Somatic Energy Therapies and Transpersonal (spiritual experiences) Therapies. He works in areas of self-esteem, depression, anxiety, phobias, interpersonal relationships, family and marriage, trauma, PTSD, unresolved grief issues, blended family issues, acting-out teens, alcohol and drug follow-up. His advanced training includes specialty certifications in Hypnoanaesthesia & Pain Management, Time-Line Protocol, Parts Mediation Therapy, Reiki and Acupressure. His private practice is on Vancouver Island.
